Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture. Due to the size and nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, unassembled condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and hardware intact .
2. Non-Returnable Items

Assembled Items: Any product that has been assembled, used, or exposed to outdoor elements cannot be returned .

Custom Orders: Special order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, weather exposure, or improper assembly.
3. Return Process

To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts.

Shipping & Costs: Customer pays return shipping (costs can be significant for large items). We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

Restocking Fee: A 15-25% restocking fee may apply .

Refunds: Issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note damage on delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos . We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.
